The Universal 12" "L" Brackets are made to work in the rear wheel wells and with and mud guards that are 12" wide. They attach to the pinch weld and give a stable surface to mount the mud flap to. These brackets often require modification to get the fit just right since they are sized to fit in mutliple makes and models wheel wells.
